On the manufacturing side of the Business unit we supplied cut parts from Hy Definition plasma, regular plasma, Flame cut with oxy/propane, 7000 watt laser cutting machine capable of cutting parts 80feet long and 1 thick. Customers such as Skyjack, Linamar, David Wilson, Willtech industries, G.E. Canada, MacDonald Steel, and Tigercat industries were integral pieces to our success.

McRobert Springs

A 75 year old business supplying OEM customers with leaf springs. The facility was 180,000 square feet and housed several lines for production and as many as 120 employees. Everything from Welding to Punch press, hot press work, Hillie machine for long taper springs and of course heat treat forming. Raw material was brought in and was transformed into a finished product We supplied such customers as GM Diesel (Locomotive) division in London as well as their facility in Lagrange near Chicago. Other customers include Fruehauf trailer manufacturers across the USA as well as Great Dane trailers division of Freightliner Wabash Trailers, as well as all Manac trailer centers

here in Canada and the U.S. McRobert Springs had two facilities one in Cambridge and one in Montreal, Quebec. Each facility had manufacturing and we also carried a full line of replacement parts such as air bags, shackles, u bolts ect, for all trailer manufacturers.
