EXPERIENCE
• Performs as the on-site safety manager for the vertical RCHQ project valued at approximately two hundred and sixty (260) million dollars.
• Responsible for establishing a Safety Culture within the Saudi Arabia Royal Commission Government infrastructure construction development of at least sixty-six (66) construction projects simultaneously averaging 1.8 billion dollars total.

• Assisted with and wrote several Explosive Safety Program Standard Operating Procedures.
• Developed and implemented new procedures and approaches to Safety based on building and grounds surveys.
• Provided direct supervision and responsible for field level implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Conducted and performed risk identification and management.
• Performed, Documented and Maintained all incident/accident/injury investigations, OSHA forms (300,300A&301), training and training requirements.
• Trained, Instructed and Certified at least 150 employees in CPR/First Aid/AED.
