Monitors production for Crew under supervision and ensures optimum staff levels to achieve completion-production, quality and financial targets.

Evaluates team member’s performance. Provides ongoing, constructive feedback and addresses performance problems in a timely manner through training, coaching, and/or corrective action.

Ensures that documents, drawings, task cards or other necessary information are readily available for employees to complete assigned tasks.

Reviews engineering drawings to ensure all tooling, parts, material and other resources are ordered, organized and available prior to project commencement.
