Human Resources Specialist

Manage the personnel and training records for 200 Company personnel with confidentiality and accuracy, conduct new employee orientation, and serve as a member of the Company safety committee.

Ensure the orderly integration of new hires into the company to include new employee orientation, all required training, phone interviews, in person interviews, and track their progress through the on-boarding process.

Conduct equal opportunity and sexual harassment training as part of new hire orientation and perform all new hire administrative tasks.
