STAFF NURSE 2
Provides direct patient care to assigned patients using the nursing process. Provides patient-education and mentoring of nursing staff and students.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- take an evidence based approach to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care
- assist in planning of nursing care. It’s implementation, evaluation and amendment as appropriate
