Research experience (1 year) : during the M. V. Sc. thesis research work on the topic, “Molecular detection of enterotoxin gene types among Staphylococcus aureus isolates and immunological characterization of recombinant enterotoxin-A.”

Achievements:

1) Obtained a runner-up position in the International Young Microbiologist Competition

(IYMC), 2014; on the topic, “Defeating MRSA from the hospitals using efficient

techniques”, held jointly by We the Microbiologist, India; Microbiology World, Nepal;

and National Academy of Young Scientists, Pakistan.

2) Secured 36th rank in the all India PG entrance, 2013 conducted by ICAR for admission

to M. V. Sc. and joined the Division of Bacteriology & Mycology at Indian Veterinary

Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar, Bareilly, as Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
