Collaboration with President (CEO), Vice President, Purchasing Manager, Administration Manager, and Maintenance Manager to evaluate many aspects of the company- improve upon scheduling, parts and shipping delays, develop timelines and goals, evaluate work orders and to strategize production flows. Partner with Purchasing to qualify new suppliers, both domestic and overseas. Develop and deliver vendor on-site and internal supplier quality systems auditing.
