Performed operational duties for the Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Branch of the Regimental Noncommissioned Officer Academy (RNCOA). Re-organized and re-established the workflow in the Operations Area for the ALC Branch. Responsible for maintaining the monthly Barracks Utilization Report (student housing), issuing and hand receipting multi-million dollar equipment to cadre and students, handling the office budget, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Submitted and tracked work orders for nine buildings. Updated and maintained the ALC Master Training Schedule, the weekly Staff Call Slides, and the Cadre Rating Scheme.
