Responsible for handling of day-to-day Supply Planning Operations and Stock availability of all branches.

Driving the Consensus Demand Planning meeting by facilitate to Sales and Marketing, with the collaborate collected data’s and quantify the demand by brand and SKU level for next 6months as rolling forecast and extending the out look to 18months horizon

Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings to communicate historical data and review upcoming forecast projects to Sales, Marketing, Finance & Senior Management to bridge the gap against forecast & Budget (OP).

Timely communicate information to all stakeholders using the appropriate communication method.

Consult with functional teams such as supply planners, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product development to obtain relevant data and insights on demand

Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence the demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentation

Participate as the demand owner/representative in an organization’s sales and operations planning process, to enable demand-supply balancing analysis

Confer with management on demand planning and forecasting assumptions, analysis, and decisions

Prepare reports and statistics related to the demand planning and forecasting function

Manage forecast models, analyze trends, manage forecast tools, and maintain accurate data

Develop and measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate forecasts made, to assist in assessing the effectiveness of the demand planning & forecasting function, and to work towards continuous improvement

Support business, marketing, inventory or production strategies, and organizational / supply chain improvement opportunities to meet market needs

Leading the Demand Planning process on strong level and generating high level forecast accuracy, helping to control the inventory.

Maintain system forecast in APO and drive accurate system-generated forecast, SAP input with a high degree of accuracy.

Review and assess risk to supply and demand variability and identify opportunities to manage and mitigate risk.

Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders Stock Management: Safety stock, average stock, slow movers and non-movers minimization, write-off’s, implement action plans for resolution with commercial and marketing team.

Reporting out of stock / over stocks based on that indent with Factory (FGP) & coordinate with logistics team for timely supply stocks to achieve weekly sales

Use the sales forecast, inventory and transits as key input for replenishment planning module for branches.

Control inventory levels within the branches as per agreed targets,

Consider warehouse capacity constraints; implement structured work flows to deliver improvements on customer ordering trends to maximize regional targets.
