PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC, De Pere, WI (April 2005 – April 2015) Senior Resource Center Manager/Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
Specific duties were in both business operations and project management. The primary responsibility was managing approximately 60 staff in seven offices in three states. The staff mix was comprised of senior level client liaisons, project managers, engineers, civil technicians with backgrounds in survey, CADD and construction observation and administrative specialists. While managing these members, maintaining significant involvement in mentoring engineers and reviewing plans pertaining to roadway design.
Specific duties included: Business Planning, Corporate Policy Implementation, New Policy Input, Salary Compensation Management, Labor Planning/Workload Management, Scheduling and Maximizing Staff Utilization/Production, Staff Mix and Succession Planning, Conflict Resolution, Member Performance Assessments, Member Integration Management, Individual Career Planning Assistance/Guidance, Training & Education (general guidance/identification of need), Equipment Purchasing (for large/select equipment requiring a ROI assessment), Resource Charge Management
(i.e.: help assure recovery of equipment or software use fees on projects), Physical Resources

In the Senior Project Manager role, performed the duty of Project Manager for several WisDOT construction projects in SE & NE Region every construction season. Responsibilities:
Specific duties included leading the design for multi-million, multi-discipline roadway engineering projects for Pima County and ADOT.
