Project Name : Aircraft Dutch roll control by fuzzy logic controller

Project Description : The primary purpose of this project is to design a fuzzy logic controller to suppress the

Dutch roll response of the airplane in turbulence which is a problem in many aircrafts. Fuzzy Logic Controller is a

control method based in linguistics in which inputs to the controller are given in degree of membership in each

applicable fuzzy set. A group of Ifand thenrules are used to determine the fuzzy output of the FLC. This FLC

output is then defuzzified with any number of varying methods to get a final crisp value for a control signal.

My Role : I was responsible for designing fuzzy logic controller and fuzzy logic controller

simulation results in matlab
