I managed implementation of dozens of imaging systems for LabCorp across the US. LabCorp scans over a million documents each day. This was typically handled by a team of three with a budget from $50K to $150K. Scanned documents were indexed and stored on their Mobius system for later retrieval.
I managed design, creation, and implementation of a Voice Response system to deliver test results to clients. I managed all aspects of this project and even monitored its operation on the Websphere console. I also managed other IVR systems and projects for LabCorp along with their associated QA efforts.
