oSecurity of building includes providing guard service at building reception, basement parking & around the building to check any unauthorized movement & activities, security monitoring on a 27*7 basis at designated locations in and around building.

oParking Management-Coordinate with the building security to ensure the employees/Visitors of the clients should park their vehicles as per the allotted car parking area. Effectively handle the parking complaints & concerns as per requirements.

Miscellaneous Activities.

oCoordinate with the finance team for maintenance billing & payment collection from the building clients.

oCoordinate with the all client & payment collection from the Electricity and Maintenance building clients.

oMaintaining a monthly operational budget of machines, manpower & materials.

oExecution of all new Electro- mechanical jobs on the floors prior to occupants, which is required to be undertaken by the company.

oDealing with Vendors for any kind of purchase related to the facilities department.

oLiasioning and interacting with Government department like electricity board, HUDA, and pollution control etc. as per requirement.

oResponsible for the overall housekeeping of the defined premises including maintenance inventory of stock and also ensure that the guards and house boys are adequately trained to effectively handle their jobs.

oOverall supervision of security, day to day safety.

oEffectively escalate all concern/ discrepancies / deviations to the immediate reporting head to enable timely corrective action.

oPreparing monthly budget/ daily status reports/ Targets for coming month.

oTake care of billing activities and effective verification of the same.

oTracking all Annual maintenance contracts and renewing them in time with appropriate approvals from concern authorities.
