Recruited into this information technology services company during Southwest Asia Theatre of surge of Operations. Immediately assumed responsibility for oversight of Legal and Contracts Departments. Responsible for all Contract and Legal functions including drafting of subcontract agreements, consultant agreements, severance agreement, etc., negotiations of Leases at numerous CONUS and OCONUS locations. Quickly assumed H.R. responsibilities including drafting of Employee Manual, policies, procedures and forms, supervision of recruitment staff, On-boarding and Off-boarding of CONUS and OCONUS staff, Annual Open enrollment of benefits, termination and severance matters. Co-authored proposal for successful $19.5 Billion Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) US Army Omnibus ID-IQ Prime Contract. Responsibilities included contractual negotiations with US Government customers, prime contract and subcontract teammates. Finance responsibilities included payroll accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Immediately assumed responsibility for administrative oversight functions for a consortium of five companies responsible for the development of the $75M US Army Land Warrior soldier system. Responsibilities included negotiations for fiscal year 2003 contractual efforts and funding, proposal preparation, engineering change proposals, tracking of deliverables, and financial management. Responsibilities also required interfacing and direct assistance to corporate contract personnel and finance personnel. Highlights include: Maintain high level of personal contact with Consortium Program Manager, the Army customer, the Customer’s technical representative and the Consortium teammates; Instrumental in negotiations of fiscal year 2003 contractual efforts and funding; Instrumental in settlement negotiations during contract close-out period; Frequently called upon by Consortium Program Manager to intercede in dispute resolution.

(1999-2002). Director of Contracts, Engineering and Professional Services Inc. Recruited into this growing technology based services company. Immediately assumed responsibility for oversight of Contracts Department. Responsible for negotiation, administration and preparation of numerous complex federal contracts and commercial subcontracts.
