My work was not only office based but I spent daily at least 50% of my time in the field with the Construction Teams

Responsible for the complete Electrical and Instrumentation Installations; including the Transport, Offloading, Cranage, Scaffolding, Positioning of 11KV Transformers, Installation of Free Issued Switchgear to be installed in various substation, MV and KV substations. 11 – 380KV substations

At the end of the project I tendered the Closeout Phase of the Entire Kazakhstan Fields Development Project and based on excellent performance by our Company and agreed price tendered, Tesla Tan was awarded Closeout Phase to complete the Project against several other main Contractors. Contract value: approximately $67 million US over a period of 12 months. I completed this project successfully with the help of my project team.

I am fully familiar with Tendering Processes/Tender preparation and Project negotiations at Management level
