Served as Executive on Loan for one year to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to chair the Red Bull Inaugural Indianapolis GP Local Organizing Committee, ensuring over 70,000 race fans and city residents enjoyed a spectacular weekend during the first international motorcycle race held in Indianapolis. Coordinated volunteer ambassadors to greet race fans arriving at the airport from all over the world and provided entertainment for race fans by spearheading three community events.
Co-chaired a team that designed a new customer bill for Indiana Bell that was selected as the Ameritech regional standard bill. Tested and implemented the new bill with no interruption in delivery of customer bills or cash flow.
Promoted the importance of continuous field sales training for over 140 B2B sales representatives which resulted in greater involvement by the Regional Sales Managers in day-to-day coaching of the representatives and the eventual hiring of a professional sales trainer.
Revenue Enhancement / Fiscal Accountability
Generated $4M in sales by organizing trade shows in twelve different cities over a two year period, showcasing the company’s eight proprietary brands and involving 80+ vendors.
