Handle all areas of staffing, benefits, payroll, safety promotion, wellness initiatives and leave administration.

Provide support to all employees in this division. I also organized outings for employee appreciation such as an annual Christmas party, summer picnic, and Rough Riders outing.

I reduced the number of billing adjustment from $127,663 in the first quarter of 1999 to $9,517 for the first quarter of 2000.

I traveled to all the Longview container plants to train staff on the training program I developed, as well as managing the startup of our new office in Seward, NE.

I helped interview and select Customer Service Correspondents, coordinate and prioritize customer needs with Sales and Production, monitor and enforce warehouse agreements, handle pricing and cost analysis.

With Longview Fibre Company, I also held positions in Customer Service, Executive Secretary, Planning and Scheduling, Accounting Clerk and Receptionist
