• Served as key leader in the “Rescue Plan” of 2002-2003 that involved a detailed analysis of all expenditures incurred by the organization. The end result of this effort was turning a 2002 fiscal year operating loss of $1.2 million into a loss of $324,000 in 2003. Fiscal year end 2004 resulted in a positive bottom line of more than $717,000. Fiscal year end 2005 resulted in a positive bottom line of over $1 million.

• Strategically restructured financial reporting processes in accordance with organizational changes. The result was individual accountability by managers to be responsible for the actual results to budget for their “Ministry Center”
