Verizon Data Services, Temple Terrace, FL 2000 - 02/2015 Product Catalog ARG (Application Release Group) Manager, 2009 - 02/2015

Managed major and minor releases for 6 major Product Applications.

Simultaneously tracked and monitored each application’s design, development, testing and production implementation throughout each project’s lifecycle, and facilitated upgrade post-mortem reviews.

Created an Excel Commitment Schedule to track details of each application deliveries, test dates, cost trackers, capacity planning, and special notes for each impacted project which ensured that all groups had ongoing up-to-date statuses of projects which facilitated smooth code installs with 99-100% accuracy.

Handled change management for National Tables code and data production installations.

Noted Accomplishment: Received Verizon Excellence Award for National Tables Testing. Created test scripts and tested a new VPF Maintenance Console, which loaded Mainframe product data for National Tables team. This Maintenance Console tool created by the VPF team is still in use today.

Other Professional Experience: 1990 - 1998

Financial Manager - Managed all accounting and payroll for, included budgets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Managed an eye glass store, including inventory tracking and sales.
