High Level Designer/Team Lead for a trouble management system. Developed feasibility studies, scope studies, and high level designs for interfaces, between the trouble management systems to backend systems. Built and managed a team of contractors to construct interfaces between the trouble management system and other

ticketing systems of other companies. The system is a client server architecture using C, and C++ and TCP/IP.

Circuit Provisioning 09/92 - 01/95

Team Lead of a development team. Worked on projects to re-engineer the engineering of circuits from a mainframe application to client server architecture. Reengineering provided the provisioners with more information and system derived data to help speed up the total life cycle of a circuit’s provisioning. Main area of responsibility was resource management, circuit order tracking, interfaces, and internal work order creation. Programmer/Analyst of a daily HMO update and reporting system. Through the use of VSAM file and CICS the system provided inquiry and delete functions to an error VSAM file. Utilized CICS Command Level, VSAM, Cobol, BMS, Easytrieve Plus, TSO, CA1 OS/MVS JCL in an IBM mainframe environment.

Programmer/Analyst of a daily HMO interface to the hospital billing system to provide HMO patient utilization and cost analysis. This system extracted services, charges, patent payment, insurance billing, and payments from the billing system on a monthly basis. Once extracted the system would then create utilization reports based on services and revenue codes. Utilized VSAM, Cobol, Easytrieve Plus, OS/MVS JCL, CA1 in an IBM mainframe environment.

Lead Analyst of a billing and inventory system. Included were cross-condition editing, security monitoring, batch interface for reporting and invoicing, immediate data base segment creation, addition, modification and deletion. Utilized IMS DB/DC, Cobol, MFS, OS/MVS JCL, TSO, CA1 CA10 in an IBM mainframe environment.

Programmer/Analyst of a batch billing system. The system provided validation, file maintenance, reporting and invoicing. Utilized Cobol, PL/1, Focus, OS/MVS JCL in an IBM mainframe environment.

Program designer and developer of a Focus inventory system. The system provided validation, file maintenance, inquires, and reporting. The system ran in a VS/CMS environment using a sync machine to store the inventory data base and to allow multiple users to access the same data. Utilized VM/CMS, Focus, CMS Execs, in an IBM mainframe environment.

Scheduler/Production Control for a manufacturing company. Responsible for the scheduling of production jobs and maintaining of production JCL streams. Utilized CA1, CA7 CA11, JES2, JES3, CMS, TSO OS/MVS JCL, Panvalet, IMS/DB in an IBM mainframe environment.
