Provide technical support to a team of engineers to ensure safe delivery of business plan.

Pre-project planning of materials and services in coordination with the Project Manager. Create and maintain schedules, such as rig, equipment, personnel, schedules, & materials with Microsoft Project, and gained knowledge of Primavera P6.

Coordinate with department supervisors to discuss Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & assign status to all projects, and determine appropriate process safety flowcharts, manufacturing sequence & lead times for all operations. Change order of management, resource management, quality control, inventory management.

Monitor schedules and workflow making changes when required to avoid delays.

Evaluate workload & design safe strategies to keep it in balance.

Assist engineers with compiling and analyzing data. Compile KPI data and generate reports, with some data interpretation as appropriate. Create and maintain well schematics and histories.

Communicate with all levels of Wells staff including leadership.

Had a key role planning & coordinating international logistics that resulted in major cost savings while working close together with Seadrill during the transit of the West Vela drill ship from Korea to the Gulf of Mexico for BP. During the transit I scheduled and managed logistics in Singapore, Mauritius, Namibia (Africa), & Curacao.

Project set-up, crew assignments, resource management, quality control, management of subcontractors & equipment, purchasing of materials, & generating project paperwork.
