Responsible for a variety of contracts which require special handling provisions or other specialized terms and conditions. Typical requirements include technical equipment, supplies and services ranging from standard items to complex or sophisticated requirements.
Involved in the development of the statement of work or data requirements. Formulates the contracting approach to be taken that will best satisfy the requirement.

Prepares award documents for the contracting officer and recommends award of the contract. Monitors contractor performance required by the contract to include Government –furnished property and inventories.
Negotiates settlements for such changes, approves contract payment, issues show cause or cure notices for non-performance and to include termination for default.

Functioning as Project Manager under the Direction of the Deputy Director of Federal Contracts
Contract Administrator for all Federal janitorial, grounds maintenance and facility maintenance contracts.
