Managed all aspects of research and development, consulting, implementation and training. Lead development teams both local and off-shore to assist in customization of system requirements to satisfy user needs. Installed and implemented systems nationwide in a variety of industries specializing in ERP and CRM applications. Installation of ERP/CRM Package (Interprise Solutions, Inc) in 9 different locations. Converted from legacy FACTS Software to both Interprise Solutions ERP and Tradepoint (ERP/CRM/ POS) software. Assisted the Tradepoint team in developing a better purchasing module that would truly reflect the needs of the distributor and retailer. This included ‘Just in Time’ purchasing and accounting for seasonality.
Most of these installations were in Automotive Aftermarket industries. These Projects, with budgets on average to $200K, lasted between 6-12 months and involved teams of up to 9 people. The development teams worked primary in ASP .Net technologies. All Installations were completed successfully and within budget. We helped establish new training programs for all employees to aid during the transition and revamped business processes to match new software and increase efficiencies.
