Developed and Implemented a 10 year forecasting model in Excel that enables timely financial and “what if” analysis for accounts totaling $3.6 billion in revenue and 3 billion in expense.
Result: Model was created and implemented on schedule and was used in last account re-costing effort.
Prepared and managed Budgeting/Forecasting controls totaling $17 million for a department of a major institution during a very volatile situation.
Result: All accounts were maintained within 5% of budgeted goals.
Exhibited effective accounting precision and in-depth financial analysis through analytical evaluation and through the elimination of errors and cost liabilities.
Result: Generated a savings of over $500,000 during a 6-month period.
Implemented and managed accounts payable system used for expansion of operations into Southwest China for one of the largest manufacturers of consumer products.
Result: Successful setup of PC applications and financial management for
$6 million operational budget.
