6 months as GET(production HKVA) in PGPTL (Goem Mahindra powerol)

Project Undertaken:

Have done Major Project on “Panta-Router”(The pantarouter is a simple four bar link mechanism use to draw various type of design of exact scaling and its ratio of scaling can be varied accordingly. The best aspect of this mechanism is that it can engrave various complex designs without the interference of any help of electronics like NC & CNC.)

Have done Minor Project on “Prediction of the machining parameters for optimum surface roughness and MRR in machining of aluminum and mild steel” (In this we tried to find the optimum surface roughness so the machinability of the materials used in the experiment. Taguchi method is used for the optimization of parameters through the application of statistical and engineering concepts .)

Training Undergone:

Have done summer training of 4 weeks from IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation limited) (During our training period we have gone to Coker, extension and workshop. In Coker, coal is crushed into small pieces and sent forward to other unit. We worked in heat exchanger and cooling tower department while working in extension unit. And in our last week of training we worked in workshop. We worked with Oil and water pumps which were brought there for servicing.)
