Recruited, developed & led: Consumer PMO & Programme Controller team, managing £25m Capex roadmap.

Established & led PMO team operation: Roadmap & budget planning, management, reporting & regular review, project reporting and MI, issue management & resolution (RAID) and stage gate governance (aligned to PRINCE2),

Created and improved processes for Consumer project delivery, review, reporting and change management.

Delivered to Marketing Plan & Budgets through leading robust annual IT project planning & project delivery follow through, safeguarding budgets and securing incremental funding and resource through reputation of strong delivery, and new product preparation. Energy Saving Lightbulb Consumer Launch: Negotiated with Government, lighting industry & electricity companies resulting in free extensive TV coverage and 400% increase in UK market size.

Won £2m consumer contract for GE: UK’s first consumer lighting Demand Side Management REC contract.

European Consumer Launch of the GE Brand: Developed GE’s pan-European packaging across 600+ SKUs, optimised pan-European market research and introduced ground-breaking on pack ‘up-sell adverts’.

As GE’s first Consumer European Pricing Manager, developed pan-European consumer pricing models and led approval processes with senior management teams across Europe.
