Chief HR officer for Confluence Health, Wenatchee WA. Confluence Health was formed as a result of the affiliation of Wenatchee Valley Medical Center and Central Washington Hospital. The resulting organization consists of two hospitals, over two hundred employed physicians and 3000 employees. Phase I of the affiliation was effective January 1, 2013. Phase II which involves additional regulatory approvals occurred in July 2013.
