Vendor Mgt:- Responsible to take care of the premises for repair and maintenance, to collect quotation for work and rate negotiation with the vendor and follow-up with vendor to complete the job in time.

Security:- Issuing I-Cards/Passes to Visitors, Access Cards to the employees. Monitoring/Auditing all movements within the premises, adherence to the Visitors, Vendors. Record keeping for fire extinguishers, access control reports and other reports.

Inventory Mgt: - Assuring maintenance of optimum inventory levels in the stores. Office Stationery/Print Stationery, Preparing a consolidated requirement function wise item and Value in Total, AMC of equipment /Timely Renewal /Following and keeping Track of the same, Maintenance of Photocopier, etc.
