Non-profit whose mission is to rehabilitate the historic town of Cocorit. Budget $30m.
Architectural Project Manager. Conceptualized the projects for urban design, buildings renovations, two new museums, an art building and an ecological park. Estimated a start up government budget of $15 million. The project involves social, health, and economic and urban development.
Involved the Yaqui tribe and their 8 towns in the project. Created workshops for native arts improvements, sales and finance management.
Developed a project chosen to be the point guard to implement in more than 6 towns in the state of Sonora. Especially in the towns that required to develop the community.
Arbitrated between 3 interested parties with their own agenda, Government, Yaqui tribe and town citizens. Advocated to give the essentials requirements and more to each one.
