Fabrication of various thickness carbon fiber, glass fiber sheets and customer requirement sheets using vacuum bagging method and hand layup method.

UAV model construction and its fabrication using composite technology Role as a supervisor and manufacturer of the model. To fabricate High wing UAV model construction in low weight Catia designed full size of UAV fuselage was imported in IGES format to CNC machine for creating patent. Then glass fiber and epoxy resin was used on patent to obtain the product

.Wing was made using balsa wood and carbon fibers and it was attached on the top of the fuselage using nylon bolts. Finally UAV model was construct and fabricated in low weight.

Role as instructor to students and manufacturer of the model. To fabricate aircraft wing model using aluminum with internal spars. Catia designed full size 2D cross sections airfoils was printed on to paper at full scale size and was cut according to its shapes. Laser cutting was used to cut spars and Clark Y aerofoil shapes. I section spars used in the wing. Wooden made wing dye used for obtaining shape of aerofoil. Hand riveting method used for riveting the wing parts using hand rivet gun. Finally complete aircraft wing model fabricated.

OPTIMIZING AIRCRAFT WING AND OPERATION FOR

MINIMUM NOISE

About the project:

The main theme of my project is to reduce aerodynamic noise in an aircraft wing by using commercial CFD software. In this project I have modulate the original wing to various case files to analyze the pressure level. The various case files will be analyzed using cfx solver. Finally the least noise level accomplished from the various case files. Tools Used: - ICEM CFD, CFX
