Managing system access, developing dashboards, creating billing templates, managing service fees, creating workflow and compliance indicators; developing custom electronic forms with SQL queries and logic-based data manipulation, aliasing data into and from other electronic forms, and installing monthly software maintenance releases, updates and patches on 4 application servers.

Setting up complex billing configurations for various payors based on practitioner levels, service areas, and program requirements including roll-up billing, daily service codes, write-offs, and self-pay scenarios. Working closely with payors developing billing templates to support unique client services, and transitioning to ICD10 billing. Developing billing templates, contract guarantors based on professional and institutional billing companion guides. Developing custom crystal and SQL query reports.
