Monitoring the actions of superiors and subordinates towards each other and customers, to be sure that company and government policies and regulations are followed. Ensure compliance and provide assistance to individuals and Division Directors/Managers with the execution of responsibilities. Coordinate a schedule for monthly administrative meetings with Division Directors/Managers and/or representative. Support Division Directors/Managers and individuals with flexible customer service and support as needed.

Developing programs that engage the employee in an on-going professional development process help build a dynamic workforce. Identifying aggravating and mitigating factors, relevant to identify underlying cause of misconduct and/or poor performance, supporting an office of five personnel to process out over 700 military service members in under 5 months.

Write plans, policies, and procedures to establish guidelines for administration of the labor and employee relations programs, acting as an Assistant Human Resource Manager. Led an office of 5 personnel, processing over 200 Permanent Change of Assignments, 320 Permanent Change of Station, and 190 retirements.

Manage and review all correspondences and other materials prepared for the information and signature of the Command Group Senior Leader for appropriate grammatical, clarity, content, coordination, and proper routing/coordination of staff actions.

Manages the evaluation systems for the command including the integrity, timeliness, and quality of active duty and reserve officer and enlisted fitness report (FITREP) and evaluation reports. * Required. Manages the board process for special awards and provides approved board members with nomination packages, scoring sheets and general instructions.

Developing, coordinating, and maintaining an integrated system of administrative services, by evaluating recruitment process to identify process improvements and performing analysis of staffing plan to determine employee placement and future forecast manning levels. Advising management on performance plans to improve consistency.

Responsible for tracking and monitoring all pay and entitlements for over 4,000 personnel aboard Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort; Also auditing, resolving pay discrepancies and submit requests for pay adjustments or special payments to the Disbursing Officer.

Ensures hazardous and sensitive materials or equipment are properly stored, labeled, and proper disposal procedures are followed. Ensures safety equipment is on hand and serviceable.

Store and stage ammunition, explosives and hazardous material in proper warehouse locations.

Ensuring surrounding facilities are adhering to OSHA standards and ergonomically sound. Implement, interpret, analyze, adapt, and evaluate the full range of safety and health policies and conduct security investigations as needed.
