I am currently exploring my options for better employment. I have been at my current job for almost two years, but have not been able to further myself in any way. My job requires inspection of every wheel, then completion of work order, package accordingly and place on proper pallet for transfer to customer.

Process Engineer

Contech Casting - December 2011 to September 2012

My responsibilities included daily checks of all processes to ensure they were within set parameters. Preventative maintenance on all molding machines, Performing tests on the process to improve in any areas needed. Oversee 3 other workers in my department and input all data they collected daily. Place orders for any needed parts or products and monitor their usage. Perform daily checks on water supply and chemical levels at plant. Provide updates in programs and obtain all programs backup systems. Program all robots to perform for each part program. Operate overhead crane to perform die changes. Setup machine and computer systems for jobs when changing dies.

Qualifications

I have the ability to drive any and all kinds of forklifts. I am trained in overhead crane hoist usage, die change in molding, turrets and brake press. I am efficient in Microsoft windows, excel, word, and basic functions. I can easily read and interpret blue prints and setup guides. I have a keen eye for quality and scrap prevention. I am experienced in fanuac and abb robots, hydraulic systems, and preventative maintenance.
