Writes statistical programs and conducts tests using various statistical tools such as SAS, SPSS, R and Excel involving sampling selection, power analysis, descriptive, SAS macro and statistical analysis for descriptive analysis, survival test, risk ration, predictive regression models and hypothesis tests for both parametric and non-parametric methods.

Designs databases for research projects and ensures implementation of said projects and works with research department to facilitate research activities and sort and analyze data. Assists in research design and responsible for the statistical validation of the project and advises writers and editors of correct statistical statements in the papers.

Acts as SQL server (2008R2 and 2012) database administrator and develops T-SQL (DDL, DML, DCL) commands involving integrating data from multiple complex systems, formatting data tables that can be utilized efficiently by all departments, checking data accuracy for the organization, and creating user roles on multiple databases i.e. Practice Management (PM), Electronic Health Record (EHR), PACs system (AGFA), and various research studies.

Implements and overviews web pages and databases for on-line patient surveys such as IKDCS, Noyes, Activity Rating and KOOS using ASP.NET programming, MySQL and ACCESS databases for research department, then integrates data to EHR and research databases

Supervises and guides the process of data management in research departments

Leads cross-functional projects with billing department to implement detailed reports that aren’t available to in billing applications such as AR Analysis with Date of Service, Postpaid Analysis by specific carriers and criteria

Directs multiple data mining projects between marketing department and medical staff to extract complex data used in marketing strategies and tea leaves system
