I am a successful, experienced and qualified Start up Specialist of FPSO,Supt/Supv on some of the world’s largest FPSOs from Bonga Shell, Agbami Chevron Deep sea projects, and Platforms/ Gas plants and Commissioning, Start up Specialist Advisor, Operations Superintendent, Control room Supervisor and Company Rep whilst on Drilling platforms and Satellite stations. Shutdown Coordinator and Area Authority, In charge of Platforms oil and gas and pipe lines to and from Offshore to Refinerys. I am multi tasked in FPSO Ops, Commissioning and Start-up of FPSO,s, and Platforms from Marine systems to Subsea Operations and training of crews in Operations and Maintenance. I have been an Advisor to Top Clients with over 20 years extensive experience (both onshore and offshore) within, the oil, gas & petrochemical industry, Background Ops Supv FPSO North sea and Worldwide.

I have just commissioned a $6.5 Billion dollar FPSO the World’s largest to date, I was in charge of all the Commissioning Teams and in-charge of the all the Process Engineers and local Operations staff whilst commissioning and starting up the FPSO.

Employed as a Operations FPSO Start Up Specialist Consultant/Advisor on the Agbami FPSO, a Chevron/Texaco Project, Nigeria. The role includes planning and coordinating all work to bring the FPSO to steady state of production and export from the construction phase including commissioning operations. Bringing on line subsea wells. I was Directly reportable to the Operations Manager, tasks include the leadership of the Project Engineering and Operations Teams to ensure a safe start up of all FPSO processes and equipment to time milestones. Included within the work scope is coaching National staff to ensure correct Operational Procedures are carried out. While working in the Houston office prior to being based offshore developed and reviewed Start Up Procedures including valve line up check lists and checking vendor documentation.
Lead member of the Operations Management Team working closely with the General Manager Production, Maintenance, Asset Integrity, Technical, HSE, Facilities and other departments to provide support to both the offshore and onshore locations for all operational issues and Implementing budgeted work program and production operations to meet company goals
