When first hired on I was solely an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President. Shortly thereafter, I was put into Lending as well as the Administrative Assistant. I interview and disburse loans to members, verify income and address history, audit credit reports to make sure that I can approve their loan, disburse payments to automobile dealers, release titles, file for our lien on titles, track automobile insurance for our secured collateral loans, send out soliciting letters to our members, and collect on past due loans. The administrative part, I pay monthly bills, create spreadsheets, send out letters for the Vice President, manage IRA’s, renew and open Certificate of Deposits, manage monthly investment payments, manage bankruptcy payments, setup monthly meetings, and any other duties that the Vice President needs to me do.
