Primary responsibilities included providing Joint C4I instruction to senior grade officers and civilian equivalents.

Produced significant savings for the government by managing the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and operation of over $750 thousand dollars of audio visual equipment and computer hardware and software.

Commended by the National Defense University, Washington D.C. for implementing technological advances in distance learning using video teleconferencing technology resulting in being able to provide training to more people, saved cost in travel and time of employees being away from participating companies.

Formulated the strategic plan that was successfully used for implementing a $25 million telecommunications architecture consisting of both military and commercial systems such as long haul transmission facilities, fiber optic cable, local and wide area data networks and complexed switching devices. The operation was a total success.

Forged vital alliances with major commercial telecommunications companies resulting in a multimillion-dollar contract and 25% cost savings for the Department of Defense.
