AW North Carolina is the first offshore production facility for Aisin AW Ltd of Anjo, Japan, the largest producer of Automotive Automatic Transmissions in the world. AW North Carolina provides Automatic Transmissions and Transmission Components exclusively for Toyota Motor Corporation. AW North Carolina sales exceed $1 Billion with a workforce of 2000 members.
Production Control Assistant General Manager 2013-January 2015
Responsible for leadership development for departmental Assistant Managers and PC production floor Group Leaders. Responsible for long term planning for customer production part order planning, internal production plan scheduling and new project introductions.
