Electronic/Mechanical Principal Technician worked at Wireline down-hole tools. Manufacturing of new product including training manufacturing individuals on the electronic mechanical assembly and test procedures details. Support and work with development engineering in new product
Certified in both through-hole and surface mount soldering and mechanical assembly. Installed hardware mechanical assembly down-hole operated high pressure and temperature, high temperature soldered assembly (certified IPC-610A,WHMA A-620 and J-STD 001) identify value electronic components, soldering PCB and wires to terminal, relay, switches and connectors, etc.
Build, test and repaired both electronic and mechanical sections of high value tools (RDT, FLID, GEM-I…) followed procedures step by step for each unit to be built and test from start to finish and logged defects tracking system.
Conduct research the tests and analyzes the performance of equipment, components and systems Set up run the prototype, test work with engineer to correct the procedures and calibrate. Troubleshooting equipment failures to diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations. Provided test results to engineers for optimizing functions of the equipment. Test and troubleshoot tool at component level. Experience troubleshoots tools failed at high temp (up to 350F). Test and troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic tool with various equipment.
Calibration mechanical tools section and electronic heat test chassis section and full tools string test, monitor and collect the data from ambient to 350F, able to do troubleshooting electronic and mechanical section during heat test, consists of temperature, pressure, and vibration tests to simulate the environment in the tests field.
