I am working with Reliance Industries ltd at Jamnagar refinery as a field executive in oil movement section. (Feb-2011 to Till Date)

MY PROFILE

I am working in Reliance Ind. Ltd since Feb-2011 as a field operator in Oil Movement section.

Start up and shut down of the all types of pumps for loading-unloading of the road & rail facilities.

Tank line-up, check during receipt, dispatch and transfer through TIS, OMIS,TAS Co-ordination with Panel Engineer.

Routine tank activity (Water draining, Sampling, Gauging, Density checking etc)

Handling of All types of Petroleum products (MS BS III,IV HSD BS III,IV, ATF, LPG, PROPANE, Methanol) and its loading & unloading facilities as well as their storage tank area.

Handling of All types of Petrochemical products (OX, BZ, PX, Heavy Aromatic, FO,CBFS) and its loading & unloading facilities as well as their storage tank area.

Handling of the OWS(Oily Water Sewage) and AS ( Aromatic Sewage) system.

Handled various types of package for product identification and improve product to reach value up to customer satisfaction like (Ethyl Mercaptain Dosing in LPG, Orange dye dosing and MFA(Multi Functional Additives in MS BS Grade)

I have been involve in PHA of petroleum storage and dispatch section as active member.

I have been involve in various MOC and PSSR

MOC/PSSR tank procedure

New tank facility for FO stream and many more minor project MOC.

Strictly follow Safe Work Permit System through Hazard Identification & risk assessment.

Handling & Operation of safety instrument (DGC, DFX, DFI, DHE, DSO,DGX& Deluge System).

Attended Health safety environment & fire refresher program & operating all fire equipment (Hydrant – hose operation, SCBA,DCP, CO2 fire extinguisher 10/75 kg).

Alien with sate of Art World Best Safety Standard (DuPoint Safety Standard) from design to steady state operation.

All the equipment / facility enjoys world’s best safety management system like Multi layered fire protection system comprising of DV(Deluge System), Foam Pourer, Sprinkler System in various tanks etc. Various safety interlocks during operation like Receipt / transferring, loading, unloading of product.

Pre-commissioning & commissioning of new pipeline & equipment initiating actions for carrying out maintenance activities.

Involving in PSSR levels according to procedures requirements.
