10-2011 to 11-2014: B/E Aerospace 1851 S. Pantano Rd. Tucson, Arizona,

Process and Automation Engineer;

General Duties:

1.Engineering Software technical consultant for all of B/E Super First Class (SFC) locations; Tucson, Arizona; Miami, Florida; Nogales, Mexico; and Hyderabad, India.

2.TeamCenter 8.3, 9.3 PLM Administrator: lead SFC in configuring and optimizing the software to corporate and common industry standards ensuring the highest level of production output by the Engineering staff by using advanced functionality, fine tuning daily process specific items, and training.

3.Gathered new implementation or upgrade requirements from subject matter experts and turned those requirements into configured items inside of TeamCenter by way of custom programing or setting specific customer defaults. Defined the testing scenarios for the customer defaults or custom program intent. Each of the completed test scenarios were documented for revision control in the IT group. These setup scenarios were for local and Multi Site environments.

4.NX7.5, 8.5 and Catia 5.19 Administrator: define the user preferences and software configurations, provide design assistance on structural and electrical products; train users on advanced functions and modules, i.e. Freeform Modeling, Translators, FEA, Routing, Sheet Metal, and Motion.

5.SharePoint Administrator: set up and configure user work spaces; train new users to increase their proficiency and productivity.

6.Computer Hardware Specialist: SFC representative on corporate team guiding future purchase plans to include specialty configurations for high end targeted uses, such as CAD and other heavy computational software.

7.Engineer and Software Specialist: define Engineering standards, best practices and procedures for the CAD, PLM, BOM Management System, and ERP; write design guides and productivity measurement tools to improve the quality of the Engineering output.
