As a Tech here my primary job is to keep units as market ready as possible. This involves repairs in plumbing, drywall repair, appliance installation and repair, carpentry and minor electrical repairs such as switching out cracked outlets, bad light switches and breakers. This also involves exterior maintenance of the grounds on a daily basis. All above mentioned projects are performed on a daily basis and requires one to work from service request. I worked for this company on a temporary assignment maintaining and repairing homes owned by this company. I performed carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and appliance repairs as specified by service request. Request involved window and screen replacement or repair, rehanging interior, exterior doors, replacing badly worn counter tops, sink bases or vanities. Whatever was requested was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Time was managed maintaining and repairing lighting in fixtures and signs in several locations for clients in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. All lighting was repaired after confirming service order with management of that particular location. Lighting was visually inspected for outages then repaired using hand, power tools and whatever supplies were needed in the attempt to bring each location back up to one hundred percent lighting capacity before my departure.

As a subcontractor for this area, maintenance and repair of multiple types of lamps and lighting fixtures in about seventy locations in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana were serviced on a monthly basis. After checking in with the manager at any given location all lights were serviced inside and out of that location to the satisfaction of all parties involved per contract specifications. In my last two years with this company re-lamp services were run from this area NW Ohio. Under my direction the contracts I was responsible for were completed in half the usual time to the complete satisfaction of company and the clients.

Leading the maintenance department, various aspects of carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs were performed by myself and staff. Under my supervision the crew and I routinely replaced locking cylinders, made keys and moved, replaced or assembled furniture when needed. It also included managing the boilers and chillers, pool, spa maintenance and making repairs in laundry when needed. Ordering supplies and managing a budget, while preparing for landscaping in the Spring and Autumn; clearing snow, ice and spreading salt in the winter. In an effort to keep guest as safe as possible while on the property.

I am trained in using a manlift,a scissor lift as well a forklift. I am computer literate and am familiar with using office equipment and software.
