Scope: Migrate the HR from Peoplesoft to Success Factors. Build new interfaces

Role Title: SuccessFactors Interfaces ETL Lead

Responsible for managing the development team as well as POC for testing, clint business teams, etc.

Accomplishments:

• Lead the development of new ETL interfaces using PLSQL coding.

• Review Functional documents and work with the Functional Designer to add the detail necessary required by the Technical Design.

Role Title: Data Foundation ETL Team Lead

The Data Foundation ETL Team Lead will report to the Data Foundation Leads and will drive the development of the related Technical Detail Design for the ETL Universes and the build and unit test of all ETL code. Also will manage the ETL developers onshore and offshore.

Accomplishments:

•Design and model 14 universes for reporting (oracle Universes 12 – real time reporting, Teradata 6 universes – analytical reporting, 4 universes where both real time reporting and analytical)

•Manage, oversee, and communicate with a team of 24 onshore and offshore ETL developers

•Oversee the quality of the completed Technical Detail Design, Review the Technical detail design, data model and ETL code. Provide solution and feedback for improvement and standardization

•Write Technical Detail Design for the most complexe requirements

•Oversee the quality of the build of the ETL code (implementation, performance, maintainability, best practice standards- this is mandatory considering ETL will run ongoing) and develop code as implementation templates for offshore

Scope: Extract, transform and Load Symantec Accounts, customers, Entitlements, case, case task and activities from various platforms into SFDC.

Role Title: ETL and Test Lead

The ETL and test Team Lead will report to Project Leads and will drive the development of the related Technical Detail Design, Informatica coding and testing activities and data validation/reconciliation strategies for the loaded data in Salesforce. Also will manage the ETL developers onshore and offshore.

Accomplishments:

•Manage, oversee, and communicate with the onshore and offshore data conversion developers

•Work with the client business to gather the requirements (transformations that are required before loading the data in SFDC)

•Manage a mixt team of 19 members (client, onsite contractors and Accenture offshore), oversee, and communicate with the onshore and offshore data conversion developers.

•Build the team, conduct interviews with offshore ACN resources and outsource contractors for the onsite developers roles

•Knowledge transfer and workshops with Offshore to build the missing skills
