Promoted to OUM in 2012 having 12 direct staff reporting to me, responsible for running MI claims filing, MI claims Receivables, FNMA billing demands for MI curtailments and Manila MI claims team management. After taking over these responsibilities, performed many time studies and process reviews in order to maximize productivity and minimize loses to the company. Was successful in consolidating the billing process by reconciling with FNMA and from the start up to July 2014 was able to save the company more than $3 million. Created a very professional and strong relationship between Manila and USA by holding weekly calls, training and coaching sessions. During this time I created the reporting structure by refining the logic to capture all available MI claims and MI receivables inventory. Since 2012 have been the subject matter expert in partnership with a Tech company to complete a company wide project worth $ 22 million for automatic claim filing.
