Prediction of Fatigue Life of solder balls in completely filled and incompletely filled flip-chip packages to understand the effects of underfill material. (ABAQUS)
Project on Rollover Crash Simulation by the Malibu2 test, Quasi Static Roof crash test and FMVSS 208 dolly test. (LS DYNA) The project involved analysis of the deformation due to the instrument panel, roof and the side pillars. Instrument panels and safety features of the car were studied in detail.

“Coal Gasifier and its applications”. The project focused on the application of coal gasifiers in the process of providing energy to melt metals at a cheaper cost.My task was to learn about gasification and design the Heat Exchanger in CATIA and multi function burners that can be used for coal gases as well as furnace oil.Through this work, I learned about the various factors and other constraints to be considered while implementing an effective design
Academic Memberhips:
SAE(Students Association of Engineering, India) : Arranged several technical fests in the college campus such as Mech-invent, Robofights, Lathe Drill. Several student from various Engineering colleges enjoyed the fest, activey participated in the competetions and won prizes offered by the sponsors.
BAJA, India : Represented MMCOE in the BAJA competition in India, where in I worked as the project manager and CATIA esigner of the All Terrain Vehicle.
MASMA (Maharashtra Solar Manufacturers Association) : Attended several Manufacturers meets and seminars regarding to the solar technology.
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Represented Wayne State University in the Michigan Soccer League
Captained the college Football and Handball team and played the State level Football tournaments
Competed and reached the Quarter Finals with the school team in the C.B.S.E National Handball tournament held in Jamshetpur in 2006.
Won the ‘KPL-Football Super Cup and Community shield in 2012 as well as 2013.
