Planning/Training
Developed and planned and coordinated all daily unscheduled maintenance operations, scheduled services and preventive maintenance procedures for 165 mechanics, 274 wheeled vehicles and 75 pieces of mission essential equipment valued at $185,000,000. Created drivers training programs, motor pool safety SOPs, Command Maintenance Discipline Programs and Environmental compliance SOPs. Successfully completed the 40 hour Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC). Provided planning and oversight on all maintenance, bulk and packaged fuel products, sustenance and risk management requirements. Served as Senior Instructor/Writer for the Field Maintenance New Equipment Training Team. Trained, scheduled, motivated, supervised and evaluated 10 Military and six BAE contract instructors.
