PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Village of Indian Head Park 2014 – Present

Police Chief/Village Administrator

Provides direct leadership for all village full- and part-time administrative, police, and public works personnel, and manages all aspects of daily operations and ongoing investigations. Directs all financial operations, audits ongoing compliance with projections, eliminates unnecessary spending, and ensures allocation of all necessary resources. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and promoting staff of full- and part-time police officers and administrative professionals, and oversees numerous HR functions. Selected Accomplishments:

• Operates with a Police budget of $1.2M and a $4M Village operational budget

• Entered into an intergovernmental agreement to provide police services for LaGrange Highlands over a two-year contract period

Provided law enforcement services and field security operations for 56 VA medical centers, hundreds of outpatient clinics, and 13 VA regional offices, throughout a fourteen-state district. Forecasted budgetary, personnel, and equipment needs for fiscal year, eliminating unnecessary spending and ensuring allocation of all necessary resources. • Successfully resolved hundreds of criminal complaints, gaining indictments and monetary restitution of over $200M
