PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Village of Indian Head Park 2014 – Present
Police Chief/Village Administrator
Provides direct leadership for all village full- and part-time administrative, police, and public works personnel, and manages all aspects of daily operations and ongoing investigations. Directs all financial operations, audits ongoing compliance with projections, eliminates unnecessary spending, and ensures allocation of all necessary resources. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and promoting staff of full- and part-time police officers and administrative professionals, and oversees numerous HR functions. Selected Accomplishments:
• Operates with a Police budget of $1.2M and a $4M Village operational budget
• Entered into an intergovernmental agreement to provide police services for LaGrange Highlands over a two-year contract period
