Relevant Experience:

● Investigates offender’s personal, social and legal history so that information needed by the Board of Pardons and Paroles, Circuit Judges, and District Attorneys is complete and accurate and decision makers will have appropriate information as evidenced by documentation and observation of supervisor.

● Compose investigative reports so that the reports contain accurate and complete information so that reports are received by the decision maker within the designated time frame as evidenced by completed documents.

● Supervises offender’s personal, social and economic circumstances so that offenders have the opportunity to become habilitated and productive citizens.

● Supervises offender’s legal activities so that offenders are living within the conditions of probation and parole and society is protected.

● Collects money as related to probation and parole supervision from offenders as ordered by the Board or the court so that the offender’s financial obligations are met.

● Monitors and reports offender’s compliance with rules so that infractions will be reported to the Board or the court within the second month of noncompliance or within 72 hours of arrests.

● Issues/ executes writs of arrest so that noncomplying offenders are incarcerated and can be taken before the Board or the court and appropriate action may be taken as evidenced by the activity in supervision notes or delinquent cases.

● Interacts with the criminal justice community and the public so that positive public relations are maintained with no valid complaints.

● Coordinate and make referrals to Substance Abuse Programs (SAP).

● Specialized experience such as planning, coordinating, and implementing special access security and intelligence as well as conducted personnel security at Avocent.
