H ighly Available Virtualized Server for Network Computing
An integrated network computing system that is highly available and provides network booting that effectively distributes and balances the load within the network.
Implemented TFTP (Trivial File Transfer Protocol), HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol), and FTP (File Transfer Protocol) services using different Load Balancing Techniques using (LVS) Linux Virtual System via Direct Routing. Also implemented a failover system for DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), using a master slave architecture. All of these, using Oracle VM Virtual Box and CentOS 6/RHEL 6 June 2010:
B AYANeHAN Disaster Management System
2nd Place, UP BEST Tech Tournament 2010, awarded by UP College of Engineering. Conceptualized a project which combines geomapping tools, SMS, social media, and encouraged grassroots involvement for more effective dissemination during disasters.
