Operations Manager, 2013-2014

Promoted to Operations Manager at the end of 2013 to assume responsibilities and oversee the company’s primary Distribution Center and the Rework facility, in addition to duties held as the Manager of Manufacturing. Maintaining the reporting relationship with the Director or Operations, as the liaison between facilities to be the direct line of communication on all things production, as well as ensuring 100% on-time shipments both domestic and internationally.

• Tasked with reestablishing FIFO, and completed ahead of schedule

• Lead reorganization project of the core distribution center, significantly improving order pulling and efficiency by more than 45%, resulting in increased shipments, and less overtime.

• Installed new inventory allocation process to remote Distribution Centers based on Market sales

Principle of all three MAB facilities and ensuring the manufacturing plants were operating under the companies mandated Quality Program.
